Overview
The Scopevisio Documents DMS user interface is clearly structured and divided into three main areas.
Structure of the user interface
Left area: Navigation
Here you will find the following elements:
Favourites: An overview of your collections marked as favourites
Workflow collections: Collections from the workflow area
Important: These are only visible if you have the corresponding licence
DMS collections: All collections created in the DMS
Centre area: Data grid
You can see the data grid in the centre. This shows you:
All documents of the currently selected collection
The document list in clear tabular form
Right-hand area: Users and groups
On the right-hand side you will find
Groups: An overview of all created groups
Users: An overview of all users
Role-dependent view
The appearance of the interface may vary depending on your user role. Not all areas are visible or accessible to every user.
Note: The availability of certain functions and areas depends on your authorisations and your licence.
