You will find your personalised navigation under your company logo.

What is the navigation for?

The navigation provides you with quick access to the most important functions of Scopevisio Documents DMS.


Navigation points at a glance

What do you see here?

In the data grid you can see all documents of which you are the owner.

When do you use this view?

  • To access your own documents

  • To manage documents that you have created or uploaded


What do you see here?

In the data grid, you can see all documents for which you have been authorised by other users.

When do you use this view?

  • To access documents that others have shared with you

  • To work together on documents


What do you see here?

In the data grid, you can see all documents that do not currently belong to a collection.

When do you use this view?

  • To find documents that still need to be "sorted"

  • To organise your document structure


What do you see here?

Here you will find an overview of open requests that are still waiting for a response from you.

When do you use this view?

  • To process outstanding requests

  • To ensure that you do not overlook any requests


What do you see here?

You can see all the enquiries you have sent here.

What can you do here?

  • View the status of your enquiries directly

  • Track whether your enquiries have been answered


What do you see here?

All documents for which you have set up a resubmission are displayed here.

When do you use this view?

  • To find documents that you want to process at a later date

  • To manage reminders for important documents


What is the recycle bin?

This is your personal recycle bin in Scopevisio Documents DMS.

What can you do here?

You have two options:

  1. Restore documents: Restore deleted documents

  2. Delete documents permanently: Permanently delete documents from the system

Note: Permanently deleted documents cannot be restored.


Tip: Use these navigation points to organise your documents efficiently and keep track of your tasks.
