Overview

The user interface is divided into three areas. Each area has a specific function for your work with documents.

The workspaces in Scopevisio Documents Workflow

Left-hand workspace: Archives and filters

In the left-hand area you will find:

  • All available archives

  • Your created filters (saved searches)

Here you can navigate to the various archives and call up your saved search filters.


Centre work area: Inbox and mailbox

In the centre area you can see

  • Documents in the inbox that are waiting to be archived

  • Your personal mailbox

Additional tab

You can display the contents of an archive in an additional tab. This function gives you a quick overview of archived documents.


Right-hand work area: Preview window

The preview window is located in the right-hand area. Here you can:

  • View documents in the process

  • Download documents


The two view modes

You have two different views to choose from in order to view your documents in the best possible way.

Switch between the views

Click on the small cogwheel at the top to switch between the two views. You can switch freely between the two modes at any time.

List view

The list view shows you an overview of all documents in list form.

Special feature: You can also activate the PDF preview in the table view. This allows you to view the content of the documents without having to open the process.

Viewer view

The viewer view shows you a PDF preview of the document in a larger format.


Personal settings

The system automatically saves the following settings for you:

  • The width of the preview area

  • The view you have selected (list or viewer view)

These settings are user-related. This means that the next time you log in, you will find your favourite settings again.
