Workflows in the Scopevisio Documents interface are freely configurable, and two different types of workflow are possible:
Ad-hoc workflows are a simple list of statuses between which a process can switch at will.
Rule-based workflows have predefined transitions. If a process is in a certain status, it is only possible to switch to those statuses for which transitions have been defined. When executing the transitions, actions (including self-programmed actions) can be carried out.
While you can always create any number of ad hoc workflows, additional licences may be required for rule-based workflows.
To create a new workflow or edit an existing one, switch to the Workflows interface. Here you can see all the workflows that have already been created.
You can edit, rename, delete or copy these.
