  • Email for maintenance notifications

  • Country for VAT: Selection of a DACH country

  • Email for event logs: Selection of which mail an info should go to for an event log.

  • Minimum log level for e-mails: Here you can use the drop-down menu to set the event log level from which a notification should be sent by e-mail.

  • Minimum password length

  • Minimum password security level (0-4)

  • Default design: A default design can be defined here. After saving, this setting applies to all new and existing users who have not previously changed the design in their personal settings. The design can also be customised individually via the user profile.

  • Browser title: A global configuration for the title of a browser tab is possible here. The product name is used by default if it is not used.

  • Automatic logout for multi-user licences: This can be set here in minutes, which takes effect if the user is inactive. The default setting here is 10 minutes, i.e. if a user no longer performs any actions in the interface for at least 10 minutes (e.g. by moving the mouse or entering keystrokes), the multi-user licence is automatically released. This is a "soft" logout: As soon as the user shows activity again and a multi-user licence is still free, it is automatically reactivated. A real deregistration only takes place if the multi-user licence is occupied by another user during the period of inactivity and all licences are then assigned.

In the administration interface, the number of occupied multi-user licences is displayed in the "Overview" area of the available resources.

The "Licence" column in the user configuration table shows which licence a user is assigned to. Single-user licences are highlighted in green and if a user is currently using a multi-user licence, this is highlighted in blue.

In addition, accidentally blocked multi-user licences can be released again by logging out: In the user configuration table, there is a "Logout" button that an administrator can use to force a user to log out of all devices.
