Password requirements
Your password must fulfil certain security criteria.
Minimum length
The password must be at least 8 characters long
Required characters
Your password must fulfil all of the following criteria
✓ Contains at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
✓ Contains at least one capital letter (A-Z)
✓ Contains at least one digit (0-9)
✓ Contains at least one special character (e.g. !, @, #, $, %)

What is two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) offers you additional protection when logging in with your user account.
How does 2FA work?
With 2FA activated, you log in with two factors:
Username and password (first factor)
Additional code (second factor)
Where does the additional code come from?
The additional code is generated by a two-factor authentication app.
