To get started with Scopevisio Documents, you can make personalised settings to make your daily work more efficient.
These configurations help you to optimally adapt the interface and functions to your needs.


Access to the settings

You can find your personal settings via the user icon
at the top right of the Scopevisio Documents start screen.

Differences depending on the user role

The options available in the settings vary depending on your role in the system:

As a standard user

  • You see the personal settings that affect your individual use.
    Examples: Display options, language, notifications.

As administrator

  • You have additional access to administration settings.

  • These relate to the organisation, user management and configuration of Scopevisio Documents.

This allows you to manage your own settings as well as system-wide settings.


Summary

  • You open the settings via the user icon at the top right.

  • The scope of the options displayed depends on your user role.

  • Administrators have access to advanced management functions.
