Here you can select the CSV file to be imported and specify how Invoice should read the file. In the preview, you can see how the file is read and make any necessary changes. Then click on the Import button to start the import. The selected data table is now filled with your data.

Export

It is possible to carry out the export manually or with the help of a customised interface to your financial accounting system. We will guide you through the manual export here; if you are interested in a customised interface, please contact us.

With manual export, all transactions that have the status posted but have not yet been exported are summarised in a CSV file. An action routine in the stored workflow makes all transactions with this status available for the next export.

To initiate the export, please select the Processes button in the Incoming invoices archive in the menu bar. Select the Export area under Extras:

In the following dialogue, you can choose from various export types. For the desired export, please select Posting records as the type and the preconfigured Iq_Posting as the selection:

Click OK to initiate the export.

The selected data is now made available for download in a zip file and can be transferred to the financial accounting system.
