Event logs

Updated over a month ago

The event logs give the administrator the opportunity to monitor the system and localise the cause of errors.

There are two types of event logs: User actions and messages from the system.

In both cases, the centre work area is divided into a list window and a detail window.

Log level

The following is a description of the individual log levels:

Info

To prevent a message being generated for every document opened, switch off the logging of downloads for archives via the Details tab.

Warning

For example, an e-mail could not be sent because no SMTP server is configured.

Error

For example, there was an error that could not be handled. If an error message is displayed to a user, details about this error can usually be found here.

Critical

For example, a data record in a memory is defective.

The detail window breaks down the individual messages.
